Every house has certain qualities and characteristics, which, either, are strengths, or weaknesses! Obviously, some areas may be more significant, and/ or, relevant, than others, and, as times change, and evolve, potential homeowners, and home buyers, have changing tastes and preferences! Whether, you are considering selling your home, or want to purchase the house, you feel meets, and/ or exceeds your needs, perceptions, and expectations, it is wise to pay keen attention, to the bigger – picture, and evaluate the quality, of the CRUX of a particular property, and residence! With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and, why it makes a difference.
1. Characteristics; character; crime rate: A wise homeowner, pays attention to the specific features, and characteristics of the specific property (which includes the residence, and grounds)! Is there something about the character of the place, which, is, either appealing, and/ or, disappointing (and, a negative factor)? Some features may be under your control, but, you must, also, objectively, consider the area’s safety, and crime rate, recognizing how, this may impact, the attractiveness of your home!
2. Region; real estate; reasons/ reasoning: What are the specific advantages, and disadvantages of the region, your house, is located? How has the local real estate market, performed, in relation, to others? What reasons might a buyer consider, buying your house, and compare those, to negative factors? Don’t become emotional, and perceive, falsely, others, will, automatically, feel the same, as you do, but, rather, try to align your reasoning, with those, who might consider it?
3. Uses; useful; urgent: Consider, the type of individuals, who might, be best served, by some of the positive uses, of your home! Focus on useful ideas, and considerations, and, prioritize urgent factors, and features, over some of the petty stuff!
4, X: extras; extraordinary; extreme; excellent: What extra features, details, etc, does your home, possess, which might give it a competitive advantage, over much of the competition, listed, currently, on the market? Is there anything, truly, extraordinary, or nearly, so, which might make sense, to feature, and emphasize? Is there any need, for some extreme measure, and/ or, approach, in order to effectively, market it? Would your house, be considered, by others, to be in excellent condition, or, somewhat, lower than that?
Before you try to sell your property, evaluate it fully, consider strengths and weaknesses, and, examine the CRUX of the home, etc. Are you ready, willing, and able, to be less emotional, and a more prepared seller?
